Do you remember when you were with your girlfriend, taking a break, and you played a fantastic song to animate the ambient? What a magic moment, isn't it? When yo were watching a movie and in a emotional moment the music made it more beautiful? When you were bored in a party and a song wich you like started?

Music is fantastic, it isn't an old mistery. It's full of textures, colours, rythms, feelings. It can make you "fly", can transport you to deep places or beatiful moments in the past. It's an ethereal and powerful force.

My favourite artist is John Frusciante, he's guitar solos are the best thing in the entire world. Here is one of his songs <3

If we are technicists, guitar is a technological object because is a product of the human imaginity and it's made with specific tools.

Well, I love guitar cause with it you can produce many emotions: happinees, sadness, calm, exaltation, etc. You can express your inside and any other object can't do that.

Why did I choose this career?

Well, until 3rd secondary grade I didn't know what to do with my future. Any career attracted me and even I tought about studying Bussines Administration. I played guitar since the 8th primary grade but I didn't consider music as a real option in my future.

Everything began in 2014. I started composing music and making some sound editions just as a hobbie. The first time I thought "yes... this is interesting...", the second time I thought "Yep, definitely I like this", and the third time I didn't think anything; I became a real editing addict: I could have spent literally 15 hours editing and didn't feel tired. It was a freakin' revelation to me. Then I decided to study Sound Engineering in the University of Chile.

So far I'm very happy whit this course and I expect to become a great music producer in the future. Also I really would like to make the sound edition in films.

Autobiography

My name is Felipe Andrés Miranda Troncoso, I was born on May 17 1996 in Santiago, Chile. My parents are Eduardo Miranda and Miriam Troncoso, they are 56 and 54 years old respectively. I have a brother called Christian Miranda who lives in Coquimbo.

I went to the garden Reina de la Paz as a child and then started my studies in the school Nuestra Señora del Pilar, both allocated in Macul. When I got the highschool 7th grade I entered at the Instituto Nacional. There I made my studies until 4th grade in secondary. Now I study Sound Engineering at Universidad de Chile.

I really like listening to music (especially in cold and calm nights; it lets you appreciate the little details) and I also like composing it, playing guitar and bass (relatively decent), watching some movies, playing some computer games, watching Youtube videos and reading reviews about series, animes, movies, music or anything. About the latter, I expect to have a blog in the future where I plan to make some reviews about things I like.
